Banded gobies are small, bottom-dwelling fish prized for their distinctive striped markings and peaceful temperament. At 4-8cm, they're ideal for nano and community aquariums where they'll spend their time foraging along the substrate and rockwork. These hardy fish thrive in established tanks with moderate flow and plenty of hiding spots. They're compatible with most peaceful species and invertebrates, making them excellent additions for planted setups or reef environments. Feed quality micro pellets and small frozen foods to maintain their vibrant coloration. Provide stable water conditions and minimal aggression from tankmates for optimal health and longevity.
