Can I view the fishes before purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury of a showroom to cater for viewing purposes. However, feel free to PM for videos of the items that you are interested in.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered on the time and day that is chosen on the check-out page.

How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery is free for all purchases higher than 80 SGD. For purchases below 100 SGD, there is a standard delivery charge of 10 SGD.

Can my order be delivered on the same day?

Orders cannot be delivered on the same day.

Can I reschedule my delivery after check-out?

Rescheduling of deliveries can be arranged one day before the delivery date. Kindly contact us to get an alternate delivery slot.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

We will SMS or call you to confirm your availability before coming for delivery. The order will be left at the door if no one is available.

What is the return policy?

We strongly recommend you to check the product upon arrival and reject if it is not up to your expectations, your money will be fully refunded. Upon successful delivery, we will not accept returns.
